1. What we provide

KDF Tech publishes free browser-based tools — calculators, converters, generators, and color utilities — plus guides and articles. Most tools run entirely in your browser; no account or signup is required. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Disrupt the site or its hosting infrastructure — including abusive automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or bypassing access controls.
• Use the tools for unlawful purposes, or to generate misleading, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent the site or its tools as your own product, or imply endorsement by KDF Tech.
• Attempt to extract other visitors’ data or interfere with other visitors.

3. Intellectual property

The site’s design, branding, and original content are owned by KDF Tech and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Results and files you generate with our tools (calculations, converted files, generated code) are yours to use freely. You may link to our tools; please do not republish substantial portions of our guides or articles without permission.

4. No warranties

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Calculations are estimates produced by general-purpose formulas; see our Disclaimer.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDF Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or tools — including decisions made on the basis of calculator results.

6. Third-party services and advertising

The site may display third-party advertising (Google AdSense) and link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices; their own terms apply.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. The “Updated” date at the top shows the latest revision.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
